     Pressure Swivels are used anywhere that motion in one or more directions is required in the transmission of fluid power. Some applications would include the conveyance of such medium as follows: oil, gas, water, pneumatics, mild chemical paint, ink, sealants, coolants, vacuum service, grease, brake fluid, freon, steering fluid, skydrol, soap solutions, glycol, alcohol, argon gas, transmission fluid, oxygen and many more. Typical installations will have a swivel mounted between a fixed component or hard pipe and a flex line at point of motion. This allows flexing and simultaneous swiveling under pressure or vacuum where required.
